As Founder of Featherheart Holistic Paths, I provide counseling and guidance for personal and spiritual growth. My programs offer and teach techniques and skills for discovering your voice, inner resources, self-healing, and connection to your heart and spirit.
Blending traditional psychology with the use of intuitive tools, shamanic practices, and creative expression, I provide an open heart toward your healing, empowerment and wholeness. Within a safe and sacred setting, I support and encourage the development of women through women’s circles and retreats, as well as individual sessions for both women and men. I can assist you on your journey through transformational processes of woundedness, grief and healing into passionate purposeful living.
I believe in the innate wisdom of every individual and am dedicated to helping people live to the fullest capacity of their individual, as well as the collective, heart and soul. I am honored to share my work in the world and grateful to share your journey!

My Services
Women's circles & Circle Facilitation Training
In 1998, The Millionth Circle, a book by Jean Shinoda Bolen, was recommended to me. I was inspired by the idea of facilitating circles and making a difference in women’s lives. Now with over twenty years of personal and professional experience and having led over sixty different circles of women, I have been gifted with endless lessons both for myself and other women on the importance of sitting in community, and listening, witnessing, honoring one another’s stories. Women join circles for many reasons, yet today in our isolated and separated cultures, it is now needed more than ever.
About me
I founded Featherheart Holistic Paths to provide counseling and guidance for personal and spiritual growth.
Since 2006, I have offered events, workshops and private sessions to hundreds of women to support their empowerment and the connection to body, mind, heart and spirit. As a long time student and apprentice of cross-cultural traditions and nature based spirituality, my offerings include many healing traditions. Bridging traditional psychology and intuitive tools with Native American spirituality and healing practices, I can support you on your journey through transformational work with sacredness and compassion.
With an open heart and mind, I honor and respect each person’s beliefs and their individual life path.
My training and background
I am a life long student and am motivated by learning new ideas, modalities, techniques and programs, in order to serve my clients with openness and compassion. I am a lover of nature and being connected to all beings.

Master of Science in Holistic Ministries, 2012, focusing on mind/body/spirit healing modalities and spiritual counseling.
